RATTLING THRONTONS

The band were David Sinton vocals, guitar, Peter Coates vocals, guitar, Andrew Thompson bass and Stan on drums.

The band recorded five tracks at Downtown Radio studios in 1980 and self released these on their own East Street Records. The session was engineered by Stephen Nelson (Rastus) R.I.P. who also co-produced with the band. There was a Troggs cover, a Nancy Sinatra cover and some original compositions. The recording session was funded by the band playing Country & Western covers under the name of Bandit. Hey! If needs must!

Bassist Andrew Thompson was later replaced by Russ Nesbitt, whilst Peter Coates went on to form the promisingly named The Arms Of Venus De Milo.
