Strictly Prohibited hailed from Roxborough Park, Moy. Formed by four school friends, the band were Kieran Lavery (Rocko), Guitar, Martin Doherty, Bass, Sean Donaghy, Guitar /Vocals, and the line up was completed by his brother Paul at the drum stool. Kieran and Marty were cousins!

They played their debut gig in Moy in 1978, playing a mix of covers by The Ramones, The Undertones and The Sex Pistols. They also included a few original compositions in their set too. Strictly Prohibited were also on the support bill when The Outcasts memorably played Dungannon in December 1979. Also on the bill that night were The Inflatable Dolls and The Nimnules.

Kieran and Sean still play together today, as 2 More Heroes, on the local pub circuit.
