THE TROUBLESHOOTERS

The Troubleshooters were formed in 1984 by duo Stuart Bailie vocals / bass and Ian Hanna drums / Percussion after their previous band Family of Noise had dissolved. The line up was completed by Stephen McKenna on keyboards / guitar. The band had a disco funk-based sound and they released one 7-inch single in late 1984 on Filter Records entitled ‘Slave To The Rhythm’ c/w ‘ Automatic’. The band gigged in the Belfast area including a Battle of the Bands Completion at the Errigle Inn in Belfast, 1985, arranged by ex Outcasts manager Ross Graham.
